  • Where do you ship to?

    All of Canada!

  • When do you ship orders?

    Our staff aim to ship orders the same day we receive them. The only exception is on Sundays & Mondays when we are closed.

  • How can I track my order?

    All orders being sent to you will be accompanied by a tracking number, which you will receive once we've shipped your item

  • How will I know that my order was received?

    You will receive an email stating that your order is being processed. Should there be any issues you will receive an email from one of our staff.

  • How can I review my orders?

    You can review all of your history and orders via your profile! Simply log in to see past orders and order history!

  • What is your exchange and return policy?

    If you are unsatisfied with your product please us at Jssalon@shaw.ca and one of our staff members will gladly find a solution that fits your needs!

    Our in-store policy is 14 days for returns & exchanges.

    All makeup products are final sale.

  • What if I find a product or tool cheaper on another site?

    We proudly support our Canadian clients, and we want to make you happy at all times - If you do happen to find a cheaper price on another CANADIAN certified website we will price match.

  • I can’t find the product I want to purchase!
