We want you to love your hair! While we don't issue refunds on hair services, we want to make it right. If something feels off, just reach out within 14 days, and we’ll get you back in the chair for a complimentary fix-up/redo!
Changed your mind about a product you bought? Bring it back within 14 days, and we will gladly help you exchange it for a different product or issue you an in-store credit to use next time.
We value your time and our stylists time! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding!
